Jeff Adams - (website) Jeff teaches courses in Georgia and surrounding states. Jeff has worked as a  factory technician for Scubapro, was designated as a primary hydro re-tester, and worked for a distributor of Luxfer Cylinders. Eugene J. Brent Bard - Alberta, Canada. Brent calls Edmonton home. He has been an active diver since 1973 and a diving instructor since 1986. He is also an Instructor Trainer Evaluator and an Instructor Trainer in Rebreathers.  His work in the petro-chemical industry, manufacturing a NIOSH approved Lock On Life Support System (SCBA), will contribute in broadening the base of PSI/PCI training; with a focus toward industrial training requirements. Paul Blanchette, Jr. - Dracut, MA - We are saddened to say that our great friend and instructor, Paul, met with a tragic diving accident and is no longer with us.  We will miss him tremendously.  Rest in peace, Paul.

A. Dale Fox - Fairfax, VA. - Dale teaches regularly scheduled courses in Fairfax, VA, Boston, MA and Secaucus, NJ as well as specially arranged courses anywhere east of the Mississippi River.  He is a retired Naval Officer and has been actively teaching diving and related subjects for thirty years. Phillip E. Bill High - Kenmore, WA. - Bill is the founder, President, and teaches courses all over the world.  He has a Bachelors of Science and did his post graduate work in Marine Science and Technology.  He is a PSI Course Director, NAUI scuba instructor (#175) and a Coast Guard approved First Aid Instructor.  Bill has authored or co-authored many books and over 150 published articles on diving and cylinder safety, received three NOGI Awards, the Greenstone Award, and many other diving and safety honors.  When not writing technical materials for PSI, he has been working with the Puget Sound Military Vehicles Club; a group which provides living history displays honoring U.S. veterans of World War II and Korea.  Additionally he owns and restores US Army vehicles and other military equipment for the group to display.  Bill may be contacted through the PSI Office.  Phone 425-398-4300

Art Joslin - Pinckney, MI  (website) - Art teaches PSI courses in Pinckney, Michigan and throughout the United States and Canada.  He is a 21 year veteran (retired) of the Fire Service where he has served as training officer, dive team leader, and consultant.  He is an IANTD Instructor Trainer, avid sailing enthusiast, an NRA Firearms Instructor, State of Michigan Fire Service Instructor (retired) and holds over 150 certifications in diving, fire, EMS, and industrial safety, and was recently appointed to his third term on the Michigan OSHA Diving Advisory Board.  In addition to earned credit from Eastern Michigan University in the French Language & Literature, Art holds Bachelor's degrees from Madonna University (BA-music/BS-Industrial Safety) and a Master's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (MM-Music). Carlos A. Glen Parker - Phoenix, AZ. - has worked in the scuba industry in Florida and Arizona and has taught through PADI, SDI, TDI, and DSAT. He is still an avid scuba diver who also has written many diving related publications in various magazines and co-authored the book Diving with Dive Computers. Many of the photos he has taken have also been published. He is currently a rep for Aqua Lung and teaches diving.  In his spare time he and his wife study martial arts, where he recently attained the rank of Fourth Degree Black Belt. Patrick O.
