Mark is the CEO of PSI-PCI, Inc. and teaches PSI/PCI courses worldwide.  He is a PSI-PCI Instructor Trainer, PADI SCUBA, First Aid, and Marksmanship Instructor.  In his not so spare time he enjoys many activities including SCUBA diving, military history, camping, etc.
