PSI/PCI Cylinders

Dave started diving in 1972 with the lure of an “Undiscovered World” by the early images of Jacque Cousteau. After many years of local NJ diving discovered a colorful world in warm water destinations and began a lifelong quest to travel to the world’s most fascinating dive destinations.  In 1994 discovered a passion for cave diving and has pursued this since then.

Since 1992 he has owned/operated Blue Water Divers in New Jersey.  Dave has over 34 years as a dive professional, 25 years of dive retail experience and built BWD from the ground up; starting as a YMCA instructor and advancing his career in the PADI system. Currently a PADI Master Scuba Instructor with many additional instructor level certifications. His favorite class to teach out of all of them is still the entry level Open Water Course. He loves to introduce new people to the underwater world. He say’s “it’s great to see people’s excitement the first time they go underwater and are hooked”.

Dave has been a PSI-PCI instructor for 15 years and counting.
