He began his diving career 42 years ago and now pursues his passion for diving and teaching as a PADI Course Director. Jay has a passion for science and technology that he feeds as a group level manager for the Los Alamos National Laboratory leading roughly 45 scientists, engineers and students. He first became a PSI-PCI inspector in 2002 and is looking forward to providing training as a PSI-PCI Instructor throughout the southwest.
